Distinguished Members and Friends from All Sectors,

It is with profound gratitude for your trust and support that I have the honor of serving as President of the Chinese Association of Engineering Consultants. This appointment represents both a great privilege and a solemn responsibility in my life. I am deeply aware that the engineering consulting profession is a vital driving force behind national development and social progress, entrusted with the missions of professionalism, integrity, and innovation.

During my term of office, I will uphold the vision of unity, professionalism, and internationalization, bringing together the collective wisdom and strength of our members as we face the challenges of industrial transformation and global competition.

I aspire for our Association to serve as the strongest pillar of support for its members. Beyond actively advocating for the rights and interests of our industry, we will strive to build platforms for knowledge exchange and collaboration, fostering technological innovation, quality enhancement, and market expansion. At the same time, we will deepen our engagement with government agencies, academic institutions, and international organizations, enabling Taiwan’s engineering consulting industry to step onto a broader global stage.

Serving our members is both my foremost responsibility and my original commitment. I will maintain an open and attentive approach, continuously listening to members’ needs and challenges, and providing timely assistance. My goal is for every member to find within this Association a sense of belonging, opportunities for growth, and the strength to advance.

Let us move forward together to create a new chapter for an engineering consulting industry defined by professional excellence and sustainable development.
